Cases
ConsultationA patient had no natural teeth and had been wearing full dentures for 39 years. The patient was suffering from a lack of retention and stability, had difficulty chewing and had sores on the gums. This caused problems with the joints and digestion, which in turn led to stomach problems.
Treatment
The patient was given new dentures, which were fixed on implants; this greatly improved her quality of life and restored the pleasure of eating. The patient finally felt as though she had natural, healthy teeth.
